Once you have been notified that the local Fire and Rescue Service will be inspecting your premises, Incendios Safety can carry out a thorough pre-audit inspection. We will review your premises and all relevant fire safety documentation to ensure you are compliant before the audit takes place.

The Five Key Principles of a Fire Risk Assessment

01

Identify potential ignition sources such as electrical equipment, heating systems, or arson, along with fuels like combustible materials and waste.

02

Determine who could be harmed in the event of a fire, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vulnerable individuals such as the elderly, young, or disabled.

03

Assess the likelihood of a fire occurring and the potential severity of harm. Implement measures to eliminate hazards or reduce risk to an acceptable level, such as improved escape routes, fire doors, alarms, and fire extinguishers.

04

Record significant findings, develop an emergency fire plan, and provide fire safety training and drills for occupants.

05

Regularly review and update the assessment, particularly when significant changes take place, such as building alterations, changes in occupancy, or new equipment.

Request a Fire Risk Assessment Quote

To provide an accurate and realistic quote for a Fire Risk Assessment of your premises, we ask that you send us a brief description of the building, along with a short video of the premises and details of the type of business carried out.

This information allows us to fully understand the size, layout, and level of risk within your premises, ensuring the quotation reflects your specific requirements with no hidden surprises.
