Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings for first aid courses and fire risk assessment services provided by Incendios Safety Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Course Bookings

  • Full payment is required to secure a booking for any first aid course.

  • Cancellations made before the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the full payment.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another course date, subject to availability and will ocurr a £25 admin fee or 10% of cost wich ever is higher.

3. Fire Risk Assessment Services

  • Payment for fire risk assessments is due as agreed in your service quotation.

  • Cancellations made before the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the full payment.

  • You may request to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability and will ocurr a £25 admin fee or 10% of cost wich ever is higher.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • Incendios Safety Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course or assessment due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

6. No Refunds

  • No refunds are available for missed sessions or partial attendance of courses, except in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion.

  • Refunds will not cover third-party costs such as travel or accommodation.
